Program Terms
1. Who we are
SANIDOC Interview (the "Program") is run by Sanidoc Inc. (주식회사 새니닥), 609 KU Tech Innovation Hall, 120 Neungdong-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul 05029, Republic of Korea ("Sanidoc," "we," "us"). Questions: global@sanidoc.kr.
2. What the Program is
We share real stories of people who spend long hours on their feet — first responders, service members, healthcare workers, tradespeople, parents and others. Anyone can nominate someone. If we select a nominee, we interview them remotely (a written questionnaire or a short self-recorded video), may publish their story on Sanidoc's social media and websites, and send them Sanidoc Toe&Sole Foot Care Spray free of charge.
3. This is not a contest or sweepstakes
No purchase is necessary. There are no winners, no random drawing and no random tiebreaker. Our editorial team selects participants using these criteria:
- the nominee's work or daily life keeps them on their feet for long hours;
- the story fits a respectful, tribute-style series;
- the nominee is eligible under Section 4 and agrees to take part; and
- we can produce the story within the current season.
Nominating someone does not guarantee selection, and we may not be able to reply to every nomination.
4. Who can take part
- Nominators and nominees must be 18 or older and live in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, with a U.S. shipping address.
- The nominee must know about the nomination. If selected, the nominee completes the Participant Consent & Content Release personally. A nominator cannot consent for them.
- Content may not include anyone under 18.
- Employees of Sanidoc and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- We do not feature stories about medical conditions or treatment — for example infections, diabetes-related foot care, wounds, or anything that needs a doctor's care.
5. What we provide and what we ask
Selected participants receive two 100 ml (3.38 fl oz) bottles of Toe&Sole Foot Care Spray at no cost. We ask — but do not require — that you share an honest post about your experience within about 21 days after delivery. Your post can be positive, negative or neutral. The product is yours whether or not you post, and whatever you say. We do not pay participants.
6. Disclose that you got the product free
If you post about the product, say so clearly at the start of your caption and, in a video, out loud or on screen. For example: "Thanks to @sanidoc.global for the free product." Do not rely only on hashtags at the end, abbreviations such as "#sp" or "#collab," or a platform's built-in label.
7. Talk only about your own experience
Describe what you actually noticed after using the product yourself — how it felt, smelled, or how your feet felt. Please do not say the product treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition, or that it stops sweating. We will not publish content that makes those claims.
8. Use of your story
How Sanidoc may use your name, image, voice and story is set out in the Participant Consent & Content Release, which you sign only if selected.
9. Product use
Use the product only as directed on its label. For external use only. Stop using it if irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition affecting your feet, talk to your doctor before use.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain what we collect and how we use it.
11. Changes
We may change or end the Program at any time. Changes do not affect permissions you have already given in a signed Release, except as that Release allows.
12. Legal terms
Limit on liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanidoc's total liability to you for anything related to the Program is limited to the retail value of the product we sent you. Sanidoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law. These Terms and the Release are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program, these Terms or the Release will be finally settled by arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). The arbitration will have a sole arbitrator, will be seated in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and will be conducted in English. Before starting arbitration, please email global@sanidoc.kr so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Your state's law. Some U.S. states do not allow certain limits on liability or certain dispute-resolution terms. Where that is the case, those terms apply only as far as your state's law allows, and you keep any rights under that law that cannot be waived.
