A series about people who work on their feet

For the ones who stand all day

Firefighters on 24-hour shifts. Nurses on twelves. Line cooks, linemen, warehouse crews — and the parent who's up before everyone else. Know someone like that? Tell us about them. We'll share their story, and send them something for the end of the shift.

01 — Who we feature

If they clock in on their feet, they count

We're looking for people whose work keeps them standing — and whose boots have the miles to show it.

01

First responders

Firefighters, EMTs, police officers and dispatchers who work the long shifts.

02

Service members & veterans

Guard, reserve, active duty — and the ones who've hung up the boots for good.

03

Healthcare workers

Nurses, techs, aides and caregivers who spend twelve hours on hospital floors.

04

The trades

Electricians, carpenters, welders, linemen and warehouse crews.

05

Kitchens & shop floors

Line cooks, servers, baristas and retail teams who never get to sit down.

06

Parents

The ones on their feet before everyone wakes up — and after everyone's asleep.

02 — How it works

Four steps, no contest, no catch

  1. Nominate them

Tell us who they are and what they do. You can nominate yourself, too.

  2. We reach out

If the story fits, we ask them first. Nobody is featured without a yes.

  3. They tell it their way

A short questionnaire or a few phone clips. Boots and a story are enough.

  4. Boots off

We ship two free bottles of Toe&Sole. If they post, we ask for an honest take.

We choose stories, not winners. No drawing. No purchase necessary.

03 — Our word

Respect first, every time

These are tributes, not jokes. Here's what everyone who takes part can count on.

  • Nobody is the punchline

We tell these stories with respect. We're here to thank people, not to roast anyone.

  • Nothing medical, ever

We don't feature wounds, infections or medical conditions. This is about hard work, not diagnoses.

  • Honest means honest

Posts can be positive, negative or neutral. The product is theirs either way.

05 — Who we are

Made by doctors who wore the boots

Sanidoc started with three military doctors in South Korea who saw firsthand what long days in boots do to feet.

2023
Top Excellence Award — one of two, second only to the Grand Prize — at the Defense Start-up Challenge, run by the Republic of Korea Ministry of National Defense.
Today
One of the founding doctors, Dr. Taejun Park, is now a board-certified dermatologist in South Korea and is still part of Sanidoc.

The award recognized the founders' startup idea. It is not an endorsement of Sanidoc or its products by the Ministry of National Defense or the Republic of Korea Armed Forces.

08 — FAQ

Questions, answered

Who can be nominated?

Anyone 18 or older who lives in the U.S. and spends their days on their feet — paid or unpaid. They need to know you're nominating them.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes. Most stories come from the people who watch them come home, but you're welcome to tell your own.

Is this a contest or giveaway?

No. There's no drawing, no tiebreaker and no winners. We choose stories using the selection criteria in our Program Terms. No purchase necessary.

Do they have to show their face?

No. A voice, hands and boots are enough. Showing their face is up to them.

Do they have to post about the product?

We'll ask for an honest post, but it isn't required. The product is theirs either way, and their post can be positive, negative or neutral.

Do they have to show their feet?

No. Boots and a story are enough. If they want to show how they use the spray, that's up to them — we just don't feature wounds, infections or other medical conditions.

Is Toe&Sole a treatment for foot conditions?

No. It's a cosmetic foot spray, not a medicine. If a foot problem needs a doctor's care, please see one. We don't feature medical stories.

What if they change their mind later?

Email global@sanidoc.kr. We'll take the story down from our channels within 10 business days.
